Privacy Policy
This privacy policy is effective as of February 01, 2016.
Last updated: July 07, 2026.
Loopray provides this Privacy Policy to explain how it collects, stores, retains, and uses the information collected in connection with Loopray’s software applications and websites (collectively, “services”). Loopray respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting the user’s information. You have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you use our services.
The types of information we collect and how we collect it
Personal Information
- Loopray may collect the advertising identifier (Apple’s IDFA and Google’s advertising ID) and a unique identifier for each user in mobile applications that display advertising.
- Some of our services integrate third-party SDKs. These SDKs may be used for advertising, analyzing service usage, enabling in-app purchases, or providing in-app services. Third-party operators may collect information solely for internal operations of the service as permitted by applicable rules and laws. This could include, but is not limited to, persistent advertising identifiers, general (coarse) location information, and IP address. We encourage you to review the policies of the third-party operators listed below.
- Should a user explicitly provide it to us when prompted, we will collect email addresses of our users for our mailing list(s).
- Some of our services allow a user to provide a screen name so they can be identified within the service.
- Some of our services do not collect any personal information at all. Where an application’s Google Play or App Store data safety / privacy label states that no data is collected, that application does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information, and the collection practices described above do not apply to it.
Non-personal Information
- We may allow third parties to collect some anonymous information by which users cannot be identified. Non-personal information may include technical information about your device, such as your browser type, screen resolution, device type, language, type of operating system, and general location. Non-personal information is gathered by third-party services while you are accessing the service. They are allowed to use this information to conduct research and analysis, but only for strictly limited purposes. We encourage you to review the policies of the third-party operators listed below.
- Internally, Loopray also reserves the right to collect anonymous information for research and analysis. This information is generic in nature and cannot be used to individually identify a user.
What we do with the personal information we collect
- Advertisers may collect data regarding advertisement performance, users’ interaction with ads, our apps, and users’ interests. Collected data may include a user’s personal information in order to serve users ads and for the third parties’ legitimate business interests.
What we do with the non-personal information we collect
- Third-party operators are allowed to collect and use non-personal information to conduct research and analysis, to target advertisements, or for other limited purposes. This information cannot be used to individually identify any user. We encourage you to review the policies of the third-party operators listed below.
- Similarly, Loopray also uses non-personal information to conduct research and analysis. We do this to improve our services in future updates or to gain knowledge about how our users are interacting with the service.
Data retention
We keep the amount of data we hold to a minimum:
- Loopray servers: Loopray does not operate its own user database. We do not store or retain personal user data on our own servers. Any personal information described in this policy is collected and processed by the third-party operators listed below, within their own systems.
- Third-party operators: Data collected by third-party SDKs (such as advertising identifiers or analytics data) is retained by those operators in accordance with their own retention policies. For example, Google retains most Google Analytics for Firebase data for a limited period before deletion or anonymization. Please refer to the privacy policies of the third-party operators listed below for their specific retention periods.
- Email correspondence and mailing lists: If you contact us by email or subscribe to a mailing list, we retain your email address and correspondence only for as long as necessary to respond to you or to operate the mailing list, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
- Locally stored data: Some of our applications store settings or preferences (for example, sound and timer settings) only on your own device. This data never leaves your device, is not accessible to us, and is removed when you uninstall the application or clear the application’s data in your device settings.
Data deletion — how to request deletion of your data
You may request the deletion of any personal data relating to you at any time, free of charge:
- Contact us: Send an email to loopray.mobile@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, stating the name of the application you use. We will confirm receipt of your request and delete any personal data we hold about you (such as email correspondence or mailing list entries) within 30 days.
- Data held by third-party operators: Where personal data has been collected by a third-party operator (for example an advertising network), we will assist you in directing your deletion request to that operator. You may also contact those operators directly using the links listed below.
- Advertising identifier: You can reset or delete your device’s advertising identifier at any time in your device settings (on Android: Settings → Google → Ads → “Delete advertising ID”; on iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). This disconnects previously collected advertising data from your device.
- Locally stored data: Data stored only on your device can be deleted at any time by clearing the application’s data in your device settings or by uninstalling the application.
- Mailing lists: Every mailing we send contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes your email address from the list.
If one of our applications does not collect any personal data (as stated in its store data safety / privacy label), there is no personal data for us to delete; any local settings can be removed by uninstalling the application.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at loopray.mobile@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
We understand the importance of protecting the privacy and safety of children using our services, as outlined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) and similar laws. Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13.
When we determine that a service is directed at children under the age of 13, we configure all of our internal systems such that no personal information will be collected, and configure all relevant third-party integrations appropriately such that no personal information will be collected for users of that service. For additional information, please refer to the privacy policies of our third-party operators to understand what they are doing to further protect your child’s privacy.
Services that are determined to be targeted at children may still receive advertisements from our third-party operators and promotions from Loopray using its internal systems. In this case the ads and promotions will not be targeted specifically at users, but will be shown to all users of the service.
If you are a parent of a child under 13 years of age and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information below and we will delete the information from our systems.
Disclosure of personal information
The scenarios in which we will share your personal data are as follows:
- we determine that it is required by law;
- we have a good faith belief it is necessary to protect our rights or property;
- we are participating in a merger, acquisition, liquidation, dissolution, or sale of assets;
- we have your consent; and
- as described above in relation to third-party operators collecting information from our services.
Under no other circumstances will Loopray share, sell, rent, or release your data.
Security
We follow generally accepted industry standards and internal procedures to protect personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
Feedback
We encourage you to provide us with feedback in the form of emails. When you email us we may keep a record of any correspondence between you and us, retained as described in the Data retention section above. We maintain the anonymity and privacy of your message.
Third-party operators
1. Advertising networks
Loopray may allow advertisements from third-party ad networks to be displayed in some of our services. Loopray makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the third-party ad networks are configured to comply with applicable privacy laws, and we reasonably believe this to be the case for each of them. Additionally, if we determine a service to be directed at children under the age of 13, we configure each of these ad networks to be compliant with COPPA.
2. In-app purchases
In order to make an in-app purchase, a user must use a third-party checkout option that we have integrated with our services to finalize and pay for their order. The third-party operator’s privacy policy and security practices will apply to the processing of a user’s information. We encourage you to read that privacy statement before providing your information.
3. Social networks
Some of our services integrate a third-party social network such as Facebook to allow sharing progress with friends or inviting them to use our service. The privacy policy of each social network will indicate what data is available to us and how we use it.
